Can't embed mpv window into SMPlayer in Wayland #3

Seems related to https://github.com/smplayer-dev/smplayer/issues/6 and https://github.com/mpv-player/mpv/issues/9654 , but using this package, I can't get mpv embedding to work under KWin Wayland. No Shared Memory available. wlshm and some others do play video, but on a separate window for mpv. The flatpak package from the download page has Shared Memory, but it's choppy and uses very outdated dependencies compared to this one. Is there any way to make SMPlayer natively play videos on Wayland embedded in its interface with this package?

The shared memory option requires a modified mpv, which this package doesn't include. You can use this package, built with sdk 5.15.

I think the problem has been fixed since version 23.6, hasn't it? I didn't test it on KWin, but on Gnome, it seems to work fine.
