OS: Debian Bookworm, Gnome 42.1 Atom 1.60.0 x64 (flatpak from flathub)
Right clicking any file or folder in the tree view and clicking "delete" results in a red toast error message saying:
The following file couldn't be moved to trash /dir/file.ext Is gvfs-trash installed?
Deleting the files from Nautilus works fine so this seems likely to be due to the Atom flatpak not having permissions to the wastebasket directory?
