TabNine support #62

TabNine is a very unique AI-based autocomplete. Unfortunately, I found one problem with compatibility with Flatpaked Atom.

The tool needs to call flow binary from the system. I installed this binary to /usr/bin but extension still can’t find it. Could it be related to Flatpak isolation? Can I move binary somewhere to fix it? Or how we can fix it?
