Provide Conductor as a direct package #4

@sderosiaux Example of Conduktor provided as a direct package.

Mind that if you want this approved, you must give Flathub direct permission to distribute your application. It also won't auto-update since the extra-data system polls for updates, while this archive-link won't do that. Honestly, I would not merge this now, but it's important to show you the difference.
