Update Godot export templates #9

The latest stable version seems to be 4.3:

This Flatpak still uses v4.1.2.

The template used now is v4.2.1, mostly because upstream is using that version of Godot. I'd like to stick as close as possible to what upstream uses, just in case there are any quirks with using 4.3 to build this.
