limit device access #59

Limit device access to just DRI (for OpenGL) and input for game controllers.

This does limit any other /dev access, the only thing I can think of would be a local serial port though, which should be a pretty rare use-case nowadays.

Never mind I guess, this is apparently not yet supported by the build system, even though my local copy supports it.

error: Unknown device type input, valid types are: dri, all, kvm, shm

Found this related issue: https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/issues/5681

In other words, it can take a long time before we can switch the default.
