Icons can't be loaded from the app-provided icon theme #1

OS: Fedora 31 Laigter version: 1.10.1

For some reason, the icons don't display in the application even though they should be bundled into the binary.

On Ubuntu 20.04 it works fine with xfce4. Perhaps its related to the distro or desktop environment. Which desktop environment are you using on fedora?

@azagaya I'm using KDE Plasma 5.18.5.
