Update mGBA metadata and screenshots for version 0.10.1

build fails because https://raw.githubusercontent.com/flathub/io.mgba.mGBA/master/screenshots/4.png does not exist on the master branch yet.
merging the PR should fix this.

Thank you, but I don't think we need to update the screenshots for every minor release.

Regarding the error in the appdata file, I've fixed the underlying issue in #37, thanks for noticing it!
