Can you provide more details about your platform?
This sounds like an flatpak kde runtime bug, which doesn't happen on my device.
Other things you could try
This is Crostini on ChromeOS on a Lenovo 10e Chromebook (ARMv8). The about details are:
Google Chrome: Version 102.0.5005.125 (Official Build) (32-bit) Platform: 14695.107.0 (Official Build) stable-channel kukui Channel: stable-channel Firmware Version: Google_Kodama.12573.244.0 ARC Enabled: true ARC: 8697754 Enterprise Enrolled: false Developer Mode: false
Executing uname -a gives:
Linux penguin 5.10.110-15808-ge5740beba59b #1 SMP PREEMPT Wed Jun 8 19:12:20 PDT 2022 aarch64 GNU/Linux
I actually just got this to work. I had to go to chrome://flags and disable chrome-gpu-support, then restart. When I went back into mcpelauncher, the Google Play login screen worked fine. So presumably this bug has something to do with the gpu support.
The Google Play login window just flashes black. I cannot type or click on anything.
