The Report an Issue and Help links both point to the official typora.io website, however there are no link that I can see to help people to get to this Github repo. I would suggest changing the Report and Issue to the issues page in this repo, then leave the help link pointing to the typora.io website.
If you get an influx of issues having to do with the app instead of the flatpak package, then you can add a checkbox in your issue template to verify that the issue has to do with the Flatpak version of the app and not the Snap and binary versions of the app.
BTW, thanks for building this Flatpak! I hope Typora will take it over at some point.
Slightly disagree, flatpak is only the packaging tool and has been bug free if we ignore this xorg/wayland issues.
I don't want to divert people looking for typora support or new features here.
