Update README.md broken functionality on Wayland #370

Pane drag-and-drop is now fixed with the latest 1.7.5 installer (https://forum.obsidian.md/t/cannot-move-rearrange-panes-when-running-under-wayland/42377/111). I have removed the outdated section in README.md. Other bugs might be fixed but I cannot test for them.
