Could be, I have successfully built several packages already though.
It looks like the problem is in KDE 5.12 runtime itself.
Here's the output log from building QtSpell:

OK, so this looks done, but it fails to run when installed, this should fix that: https://github.com/KDE/flatpak-kde-runtime/pull/5.
Also update PyQt, since we now have a higher Qt version available.
