Revert --socket=fallback-x11 to --socket=x11 #66

This should fix my error made in commit https://github.com/flathub/net.ankiweb.Anki/commit/112f90039b382a2e9a17bbbf125c9eba060e6022. I'm sorry about this mistake.

The change was made to work around #65. Anki doesn't run on Wayland if --socket=fallback-x11 is used. I guess another way would be to force the Wayland backend but that is discouraged by the Anki developers.
