Should this have as runtime extension org.freedesktop.Platform.ffmpeg-full doesn't gnome-jami require it?

I tried doing that but the FFMPEG included with the freedesktop is missing a lot of functionality required by Jami: freedesktop-sdk/freedesktop-sdk#941

Thank you Alexander for the answer. I was going through some applications and found this odd. No real issue here.
