Some games are too fast on Steam Deck #12

Seems like some games are perma-fastforwarded, on Steam Deck for example Digimon World Dusk.

No specific configuration was made, just configured the controller.

Please test this again with the new version that should be releasing on flathub soon. The way video output works in melonDS 0.9.5 was heavily revamped and that will probably fix the issue you're having.
