Hi @ruihildt. Perhaps it would be beneficial to include a line of fc-cache in the upstream start-mullvad-browser as some systems may not immediately rebuild the fontconfig cache after you change the FONTCONFIG_PATH environment variable. I can't find the upstream source code for this file. So it might need your help.

@proletarius101 Mullvad Browser changes $HOME, therefore it uses a separate cache directory.

Probably including fc-cache is okay for us, but are you changing the home in the Flatpak repack? If you're not there might be other reasons for which you get a different fingerprint.

I'm not, since the application directory is read only and I need to store the user profile in XDG_CONFIG_HOME. I will if there's a way for me to do them both.

Somehow after I refreshed the font cache, the fingerprint matches
