Build or use upstream PCSX2 version that includes the debugger/console log windows within QT #146

I'm reading through the repository currently to see if I can submit a PR to get the PCSX2 QT app to build with the debugger/console options on by default. As it is the current build doesn't have the right UI Interface options to access these windows within PCSX2.
