okay now this is concerning

apparently https://github.com/flathub/net.pcsx2.PCSX2/pull/304 broke it, the external data checker adds a tag by itself, and it adds it in the wrong location.

Not really, we can just remove/reorder the versions in the file and we'll be good to go.
