Improve README, note some BIOS issues

Issue #54 should be documented somewhere, and I took the opportunity to greatly improve the README, borrowing ideas from the xemu flatpak's README.

• fix web site link
• add Install section
• mention copying the BIOS to default location during install
• put the network and audio permissions in a Usage section
• document granting write permission to a non-standard BIOS location
• move building to the end, add some prerequisites
• consistent heading capitalization

Thanks, looks good at a first glance! I'd add a quick note mentioning the default BIOS path in the metainfo.xml file, so users know where to put it when reading the application's description, from their store for example.
