Use Flatpak External Data Checker for updates #69

Here is the reason for this change: https://discourse.flathub.org/t/enforcing-pull-request-workflow-and-green-ci-status-of-prs/3109. ~Commits can no longer be pushed directly into master, by any means outside opening regular PRs.~

~We will then be back to handle loads of PRs from @flathubbot:~ ~- if automerge-flathubbot-prs is set to false, I'll have to merge manually some and close the rest of them~ ~- if automerge-flathubbot-prs is set to true, I'll "only" have to close those superfluous, not merged at the end~

Something like this could also be done ~but we have no rights to create secrets, so we will have to ask beforehand, along with a good reason.~

I also changed the CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE to RelWithDebInfo, which is reported by the linter and generally recommended.
