RPCS3 doesn't start, fails to find libLLVM.so.18.1 #1675

This commit doesn't fully fix RPCS3 with the new LLVM version. The result of "flatpak run net.rpcs3.RPCS3" is:

rpcs3: error while loading shared libraries: libLLVM.so.18.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I think it may just need a minor adjustmend in the post-install section.
