Sunset Xournal in favour of Xournalpp #6

@TingPing @barthalion Is it an idea to remove this application from the store, and to migrate everybody to Xournalpp?

In the end, it just takes time to maintain two packages. If we can focus our attention on one-of-the-two, then I would recommend xournalpp which is still somewhat maintained.

I think these are effectively different apps and I can imagine someone looking explicitly for the original Xournal, but if you feel strongly about it and will submit a PR eol'ing it, I won't oppose.
