However, I noticed a few weeks ago that while the app automatically starts, it doesn't log in. It's just a white screen with a loading bar moving left to right and back. I need to right-click -> "Exit" and then manually start the app again. Then it works and is immediately logged in.
This is relatively new behaviour, it used to work previously. I'm not sure what changed, I suspect some kind of regression in the app.
I have put Mega in my autostart in the KDE settings, as the built-in autostart settings doesn't work (https://github.com/flathub/nz.mega.MEGAsync/issues/2)
