Remove duplicate fields from Flatpak manifest. #28

Some fields were duplicated in the modules of the Flatpak manifest.

Not sure how flatpak-builder handles those, but I feel like they should be merged anyway.

@hfiguiere are you using a script to generate the manifest file? I'm asking because of all the /* Ardour */ comments in there.

No. These are annotations to tell these are the ardour "blessed" dependencies from https://nightly.ardour.org/list.php#build_deps

BTW, I'm gonna add that patch to my 6.9 update (building right now)
