allow loading vst3 plugins from home #32

This makes it easier to install (proprietary) vst3 plugins which are not packaged on flathub.

Sorry I was meaning to test that this was not needed before I actually close it.

Ardour implementation WILL check ~/.vst3 whatever is the VST3_PATH set to. And I actually checked it.

There is no need to do so. What problem are you having that it didn't work?

non-withstanding that $HOME is not substituted properly.
