remove libdecor #161

So, why was this removed? Now my blender doesn't fit in anymore in Gnome. While it recently was improved with #130 #156

With libdecor: with_libdecor Without libdecor: (I agree, black is nice, but the icons are wrong) without_libdecor

It was removed based on the previous PR that we can remove it with the new runtime. https://github.com/flathub/org.blender.Blender/pull/154

But it seems like the issue still persist, I will add it back since it seems to work better that way.
