Fails to load on XFCE #1

I get a popup dialog with the following text:

MenuLibre failed to load.

The default menu could not be found. Please see the online documentation for more information.

Diagnostics XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP: XFCE XDG_MENU_PREFIX: xfce- DESKTOP_SESSION: xfce KDE_SESSION_VERSION: None MENUS: /app/etc/xdg/menus/gnome-applications.menu

I can reproduce it on an Arch XFCE VM.

Is a solution to this known? I'm experiencing the same issue on Debian 12. There is a link to another case which links back to this case , neither of which offer a solution. Although I could be missing something completely.

Resolved by uninstalled through flathub/flatpak installation and re-installing natively through apt.
