OK, that's something else:

org.cockpit_project.CockpitClient: AppData problem: markup-invalid : <?xml> header not found

Looks like a problem with the merge script. I guess we don't catch that because we patch the file after installing it, and we don't test the installed file upstream. We should probably figure out a way to get that under validation.

In any case, it's going to be difficult to fix without patching the release. Maybe we should just wait for the next time around. There's nothing interesting in this release anyway.
