The icc profile can not be selected. #16

The icc profile can not be selected. The predefined path is "/usr/share/color/icc" and flatpak can not access that directory. The new path is "/ run / host / usr / share / color / icc"

Actually, no application can see icc profiles.

try to put the icc profile to /home/user/.var/app/org.darktable.Darktable/config/darktable/color/out

The directory does not exist. He believes and it works. Gimp uses a /run/host/usr/share/color/icc/ to access the ICC profiles of the system. It would be a good idea to have something similar in Darktable to have the profiles centralized.

Edit: In Flatpak the ICC directory is /run/host/usr/share/color/icc/ Could Darktable access that default route?

As you like. But I can't assign a color profile in Darktable. The route that juxi500 gave me does not exist. The default route is /run/host/usr/share/color/icc/

In the current state, it is impossible to use a monitor with hardware calibration and a custom profile.
