lensfun: revert to 0.3.2 and update db from git #59

revert to lensfun 0.3.2 (the only version officially supported by upstream darktable)
download db (v2) from lensfun-git and use (stripped down) upstream script to convert to v1

fixes #56

Please don't wait too long with merging this. The sooner this is reverted, the fewer people might end up with broken edits.

@eszlari Is running the script on the "raw" database from git master a workable solution for the moment? If so, it would be better not to hurry with the proposals in https://github.com/lensfun/lensfun/issues/1172 but instead gather some more input from various distro packagers to make sure it gets set up right from the beginning (so as not to later break URLs in update scripts, etc).
