Build Zypak from latest commit #51

There have been a handful of fixes in Zypak since the last tag, including one which I think we need to keep updating the Zoom flatpak (built on top of this baseapp).

I have asked for a new tag of Zypak, but I don't know when that might happen.

I think it is fine, but would prefer a tag cc @refi64 🙏

I've tested the Zypak changes, and they do appear to fix the issue that's blocking updates to Zoom.
