Remove libgnome-keyring #54

Aware this is not currently feasible but just thought I'd put it up. All apps need to be on an Electron version 27 or higher before this can happen.

It's going to be quite a while before this can be merged, prominent apps on Flathub like Discord etc. are using Electron 22/23 at the moment. Let's convert it to draft for now.
