can not open camera #40

when trying to use camera to load qr code or import key, there is this error message :

Cannot start QR scanner: initialization failed. Make sure you have a camera connected and enabled.

Same problem for me too. I also went into settings and verified that Electrum did see my webcam.

EDIT: Using electrum version 4.3.1.
