feat: update screenshot + add release notes (UNTESTED) #1

The screenshot originally used was from v3.4.x, several UI changes and immediately visible features have been made since then. The screenshot used in this PR is from v3.5.x and will need to be updated when v4.0.x releases since there's a huge UI overhaul.
