CI: Switch to JSON f-e-d-c checker #16

JSON checker will get us more prompt update PRs, as release-monitoring.org is a bit slow detecting new releases. Also set is-main-source property, though there are no benefits atm, as there's only one module in the manifest.

Oh! And the URL template change will make f-e-d-c commit messages more clear about an update, as the tarball name will include the project name. Tarball name was $version.tar.gz, and now is flameshot-$version.tar.gz.
