Update to 0.6.9 #25

The PR #24 didn't get rid of the Vulkan options (because it's a bot making it), so the build failed 🐸

Let's hope that's the only change that's needed

@gasinvein vkcube passes the smoke test 🐸

osu!lazer also works (OpenGL stuff requires a long environment variable to be set in Flatseal though, but I think I may have a solution for that)
