A new stable version of Mono was released nearly two months ago (as of the time I opened this PR).

Thanks for noticing this!

This should have been proposed automatically by flatpak-external-data-checker via GitHub Actions but "This scheduled workflow is disabled because there hasn't been activity in this repository for at least 60 days."

I re-enabled the workflow but it looks like from time to time one needs to re-enable this workflow. See #27.
