Build beta against 24.08 beta #125

Merge the 23.08 branch so we are up to date, and then rebuild against 24.08beta

I wonder though if now the "beta" branch works as well... It used to be needed to name it "branch/24.08beta".?

beta should be fine, the runtime is also in the beta repo. The previous one also went to beta https://github.com/flathub/org.freedesktop.Sdk.Extension.vala/pull/87

Creating separate branches for every beta runtime means you'll have too many leftover refs.
