Uncrustify is not presented in SDK extension, VLS's formatting doesn't work #36

Format requst to VLS from this SDK extension fails with following error:

[Error - 23:59:09] Request textDocument/formatting failed.
  Message: Failed to execute child process “uncrustify” (No such file or directory)
  Code: -32603

So I guess uncrustify should be presented in this SDK extension.
