host the upstream archive on Github #99

An attempt to use the upstream archive directly was promising but it was discovered that it fails randomly, just serving the Download page html instead. We need to use a mirror. The fedorahosted.org mirror is problematic to Ubuntu users for some reason, try to use Github for mirroring.
