Reverting unauthorized change made on Flathub #3

This puts the runtime version back to 3.34, just as we left it.

We are not upgrading to 3.36 until it has been tested in our own development repository, then tested in the beta branch in this repository (which apparently was blissfully ignored in #1)

As a reminder, as the person who develops Glimpse Image Editor and a member of that project's governance team, I did not authorize anyone to make that change. The first I heard about it was when the bug reports starting coming in!
