@teohhanhui You should try filing an issue at the GNOME Clocks GitLab, this repo is specifically for the flatpak and the actual code is hosted there.

The help is only missing when using the flatpak version since it's not being packaged with it.

It might be your system, I'm using Linux Mint 21.1 with the flatpak and I'm getting the help page just fine. Screenshot from 2023-04-20 19-53-47

I can confirm that the help window appears on my system.

I am closing as both yelp (the app that display docs) and the docs are bundled in the flatpak. Please run flatpak update maybe flatpak repair and see if it persists.
