The ERROR
actually arises from the check for Godot's source code failing. The project ID must've changed, and I don't know why or when that happened (as of now). I opened a new PR to take care of that.
The Glu shared module has no x-checker-data
set for it yet, so if after merging https://github.com/flathub/org.godotengine.Godot/pull/184 that warning still persists but doesn't stop the rest of the GitHub Actions CI from running, we should be able to ignore it for now, as much as that isn't the best idea.
I still get this notification every hour as of https://github.com/flathub/org.godotengine.Godot/commit/9c77d1f609f994b98e12f92ae8327fff16aba1ca:

There are a couple of typos in the URL template for the Godot sources that I somehow missed when I worked on #169. That's what's causing the new Flatpak External Data Checker errors in the GitHub Actions CI. I took care of those errors just now with my new PR #185.
@Calinou (sorry for the ping) have #183 and #185 fixed the CI failures (minus the Glu shared module warning)? Does it now succeed or are there still errors that stop it? If it now succeeds, we should be able to close this issue (Glu shared module warning notwithstanding).

CI seems to work well now, there are no more GLU shared module errors: https://github.com/flathub/org.godotengine.Godot/actions
I don't know why it's failing, since https://github.com/flathub/shared-modules/blob/master/glu/glu-9.json does exist in the shared-modules repository.
