Update Godot to 3.3 - Githubissues

Remove Android export patch due to the new export system in 3.3. Exporting for Android will no longer be possible from the Flatpak until it's reimplemented for the new system: https://docs.godotengine.org/en/latest/tutorials/export/exporting_for_android.html
Remove redundant i386 release optimization patch (we don't build export templates anymore).

Edit: Not updating SCons to 4.1.0 anymore because its install script doesn't seem to work:
