Runtime Update #157

Please consider upgrading to a Qt6 runtime if your application supports Qt6, or 5.15-2308 otherwise.

5.15-23.08 changes the function names (e.g. addAccessWhitelistEntry -> addAccessAllowlistEntry) and removed some variables required by the upstream application (e.g. QWebSettings::PluginsEnabled)

All good, I guess we'll need to wait for upstream to adapt to the changes.
