Remove duplicate fields from Flatpak manifest. #7

Some fields were duplicated in the modules of the Flatpak manifest.

@hfiguiere yep I've just noticed that the action was not completing, will try to fix the boost url when I get a chance.

It's weird that the job is marked as pending in GitHub when it clearly failed on the Flathub builder :thinking:
