Issue #140 - Update to GNOME 43 #141

I had it laying around for a while. If someone can test that build a bit more that would be appreciated.

Thank you! I followed flathhubbot's test instructions. (I was confused that both test and stable report the same version "Inkscape 1.2.2 (b0a8486541, 2022-12-01)" .) Inkscape runs and opens an existing SVG. I don't know which built-in tools or extensions use Python or numpy; I made a pretty Spirograph doodle :wink:.

I installed a random extension (InkRasterPerspective), and a pop-up appeared with python errors, but upon restart both this test flatpak and stable print the console warning Failed to find resource file 'imagePerspective.py'., so I think it's not a working extension in either :shrug:. So... ship it?
