Package the other backends #1

Maybe this is a "pie in the sky" request, but it would be really nice if the cantor flatpak could work with the other backends, especially Sagemath. Ideally, each backend would be a base app usable by other frontends (for example, sagemath could be used by a hypothetical Jupyter flatpak).

Since we have Octave flatpaked already, it might be trivial to add it, but I can't speak for others... But I do know that Scilab is difficult to built from source, but the prebuild release have some development files on it.

I vote for the R backend. Also, will it be possible to install R packages afterwards?
