• Update runtime to 5.15-23.08

• Re-introduce ffmpeg-full extension (ffmpeg-full extension was significantly re-worked in 23.08, enabling more features and digikam was patched for using ffmpeg 6.)

• Update perl to 5.38.2 (This is version that matches perl from 5.15-23.08 Sdk)

• Update shared-modules
