Use native KDE save dialog #187

Try to save a file, save dialog looks like Gnome style instead of KDE/QT style.

What's your environment, what's your issue, what are you expecting, etc.?

It is expected to use the default KDE/Qt file picker independent of desktop environment rather than the one provided by the system...

It's my understanding that this bug was migrated here by KDE from the bug I posted on their tracker: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=462040
